Is to cut it off completely
It’s gonna hurt real bad at first
But if you don’t do it now
It will only get worse

Gotta go in for some major surgery
Scary as hell, but when it’s over
You’ll be free of that disease

Your vital purpose is to survive
You’ve got to do what it takes to stay alive
Cut your losses and move on
Accept the fact that it’s gone
